Now jump to the rotating poles and go up to the metal platform, look up and jump to one of the rotating poles and move up, jump to the yellow metal bonds around the antenna's mast, climb them up until you reach the metal platform. Then look forward and use the grappling hook to swing to the antenna on the other side. In this new antenna, you'll have to jump to the first row of rotating poles, move up and then jump to the second ones, move up, and then jump to the metal platform. Once on that second antenna, drop the ladder and use the zipline to slide down to another antenna. Attach the grappling hook to the yellow light on the iron bar above you and swing to the other antenna. Move up the pole and then get on top of the metal platform. You need to time this well, or you'll get stuck below the metal platform, unable to get on top.
First, go to the one with the rotating poles and jump to grab one of them.

To do so, turn on the generator near the orange tent. Once you get to the roof, you'll be able to activate a Nightrunner's hideout. Keep using everything Aiden has at his disposal to climb to the top of the building. Then exit the room through the other opening, and you'll be on another balcony. Climb there and keep moving forward you'll reach a room you can go inside. You'll need to get to the balcony on the floor above.
Enter the room in front of you and then go to the left, you'll be able to go back to climbing from here as there's a window with a balcony in this room. Be careful as upon exiting the elevator, you will be on a floor full of dormant infected, crouch and not get too close to move past them.
